Zoom is hiring a Senior Business Operations Analyst on the GTM Business Excellence team to shape how go-to-market motions operate at scale. You will translate complex commercial challenges into durable policy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and partner with Enterprise Systems to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires deep SaaS experience, strong executive communication, and a track record of driving durable fixes using data.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Deal Desk or similar roles in SaaS.
• Experience with Salesforce, CPQ or ERP; translate business needs into system requirements.
• Design governance frameworks and decision rights for scalable processes.
• Ability to use data to identify root causes and durable fixes.
• Strong executive communication to influence senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, IS or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-workstream go-to-market initiatives across Direct and Channel sales.
• Partner with Enterprise Systems to deliver scalable solutions and UAT ownership.
• Design governance frameworks, RACI matrices, and change management.
• Build dashboards and metrics for Opportunity Lifecycle Management and Quoting.
• Identify systemic root causes from data and drive durable fixes with leadership.
• Mentor teams and drive AI/automation integration into workflows.
