Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in technical product management, technical program management, GTM and/or marketing technology, data and analytics, sales technology, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience translating complex business objectives into scalable data and/or technical solutions and tooling.
• Highly proactive individual who can independently assess, structure, and execute on ambiguous problem domains and drive to outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems/sources, dashboards and analytics tooling (or related), commercial strategy, enterprise product management, product marketing, and sales enablement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities at all levels within an organization.
• Excellent collaboration and effective listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integrated Demand and GTM teams and stakeholders to design and activate priority data and tooling capabilities.
• Lead technical requirements and development for customer growth tooling, including a next-best-action engine.
• Develop a reliable tracking system to connect GTM growth strategies across the marketing funnel.
• Identify opportunities to further integrate demand gen and GTM systems and automate growth motions.
• Balance business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility to deliver scalable tooling and GTM solutions.
• Analyze current operations to identify blockers and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment in GTM and product adoption.
