Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Sr. Lead, GTM Growth Platforms to drive data and tooling capabilities for scalable marketing and GTM motions. You’ll connect marketing, revenue, product, and operations to deliver next-best-action recommendations and AI-enabled GTM capabilities.

You will design technical solutions, govern data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business opportunities into measurable customer and revenue outcomes while leading a team through complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6+ years in technical product/PM, GTM, or marketing tech.
• Proven ability to translate complex business goals into scalable data solutions.
• Independent, proactive and able to structure ambiguous problems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems, dashboards, analytics tools, and sales enablement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across levels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integrated Demand and GTM teams to design and activate data and tooling capabilities.
• Lead requirements for customer growth tooling including a next-best-action engine.
• Develop tracking to connect GTM strategies with marketing funnel metrics and insights.
• Identify opportunities for deeper integration of demand gen and GTM systems.
• Balance business, customer, and technical feasibility to deliver scalable tooling.
• Analyze current operations to identify blockers and propose solutions.
• Align technical and non-technical teams across customer GTM and product adoption.
• Collaborate with leaders to align marketing, product, and revenue goals.
• Provide feedback on targeting, growth opportunities, and lifecycle analysis.
• Interface with leadership as a sounding board for GTM tooling improvements.
• Translate GTM opportunities into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform additional duties as required.
