Job summary

Lumen is recruiting a Sr. Lead, GTM Growth Platforms to drive data-driven GTM capabilities across Marketing, Revenue, and Product. You will translate business priorities into scalable data solutions, lead next-best-action tooling, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize growth outcomes.

The role requires 6+ years in technical product/program management with strong data, analytics, and martech experience. A collaborative, proactive leader will thrive in Lumen’s fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in technical product management, technical program management, GTM and/or marketing technology, data and analytics, sales technology, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience translating complex business objectives into scalable data and/or technical solutions and tooling.
• Highly proactive individual who can independently assess, structure, and execute on ambiguous problem domains and drive to outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems/sources, dashboards and analytics tooling (or related), commercial strategy, enterprise product management, product marketing, and sales enablement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities at all levels within an organization.
• Excellent collaboration and effective listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
• Embraces a growth mindset and values contributing to a high-performing, supportive, and people-first team culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integrated Demand and GTM team and stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and activate priority data and tooling capabilities to scale growth priorities.
• Lead technical requirements and development for customer growth tooling, including a next-best-action engine and integrated capabilities.
• Develop a reliable tracking system linking GTM growth strategies to marketing funnel metrics for continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for deeper integration of demand gen and GTM systems and digital growth motions via tooling and automation.
• Balance business objectives with technical feasibility to deliver scalable tooling and GTM solutions.
• Analyze existing demand gen and GTM ops to identify blockers and optimize performance.
• Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical teams to align GTM and product adoption processes.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align marketing, product, and revenue objectives.
• Support customer targeting, growth opportunity identification, propensity modeling, and lifecycle analysis.
• Interface with leadership to drive improvements around GTM tooling.
• Translate GTM opportunities into technical solutions and scalable tooling.
• Perform additional duties as required by the business.
