Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Sr. Lead, GTM Growth Platforms in Vermont to define and deliver data and technical capabilities powering marketing and GTM motions at scale.

You will work across Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Marketing Operations to translate opportunities into scalable data solutions that drive measurable customer and revenue outcomes. Expect to collaborate with senior stakeholders, own next-best-action tooling, and build AI-enabled GTM capabilities while balancing business needs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in technical product management, technical program management, GTM and/or marketing technology, data and analytics, sales technology, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience translating complex business objectives into scalable data and/or technical solutions and tooling.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integrated Demand and GTM team to gather requirements and activate data and tooling capabilities.
• Lead technical requirements and development for customer growth tooling, including a next-best-action engine.
• Develop a reliable tracking system to connect GTM growth strategies across the marketing funnel.
• Identify opportunities for integration of demand gen and GTM systems and automate tooling.
• Balance business objectives with technical feasibility to deliver scalable GTM solutions.
• Analyze existing demand gen and GTM operations to identify blockers and drive improvements.
• Interface with leadership to align marketing, product, and revenue objectives.
• Translate GTM opportunities into scalable technical solutions.
• Support customer targeting, lifecycle analysis, and propensity modeling to inform Integrated Demand and GTM.
