Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Head of GTM Field Operations to lead the operational strategy for our go-to-market engine. This senior leadership role drives cross-functional decisions, builds scalable frameworks, and guides field sales teams toward measurable revenue outcomes across geographies.

You will partner with stakeholders to align business planning, readiness initiatives, and performance priorities, translating data into actionable recommendations that shape Zoom's field organization and growth

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations within a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong consultative skills and business acumen, translating complex data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience leading organizational change management initiatives with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams across multiple channels and working modes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing sales operations and business planning teams, fostering accountability and growth.
• Drive cross-functional business planning and revenue operations initiatives to maximize growth and efficiency.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, performance metrics, and operational processes for field sales at scale.
• Oversee annual and semi-annual sales readiness planning with cross-functional alignment.
• Define and track KPIs across the GTM organization and translate insights for senior leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to promote collaboration and remove barriers to success.
• Evaluate current processes and design scalable systems and workflows to support Zoom's growth.
• Coach, mentor, and develop individuals and teams across multiple channels and modes.
