Qualifications

• 8+ years in leadership roles in sales strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations in SaaS/tech.
• Proven track record delivering results in dynamic environments and leading teams.
• Strong consultative skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience guiding organizational change and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to coach and develop teams across multiple channels and modes.
• Excellent problem-solving with ability to design scalable workflows.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing sales operations and business planning teams, fostering accountability.
• Drive cross-functional business planning and revenue operations initiatives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, metrics, and processes to support field goals at scale.
• Oversee annual and semi-annual sales readiness planning with multi-geography alignment.
• Define and track KPIs and translate insights for senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to promote collaboration and remove barriers.
• Evaluate existing processes and design scalable systems and workflows.
• Coach, mentor, and develop individuals and teams across channels.
