• 8+ years of leadership in sales strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations within SaaS/tech.
• Proven track record driving results in dynamic environments.
• Strong consultative skills translating data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience leading organizational change with cross-functional alignment.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams across channels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for scalable workflows.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing sales operations and business planning teams.
• Drive cross-functional business planning and revenue operations initiatives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, performance metrics, and processes at scale.
• Oversee annual and semi-annual sales readiness planning across functions and geographies.
• Define and track KPIs across the GTM organization for leadership insights.
