Zoom is seeking a Head of GTM Field Operations to lead the operational strategy that powers our go-to-market engine. This senior leader will translate cross-functional data into clear decisions, build scalable operating frameworks, and guide field sales teams toward measurable revenue outcomes.

You will partner with stakeholders across geographies to drive planning, readiness initiatives, and performance priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in sales strategy, operations, or revenue enablement within SaaS/tech.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience leading organizational change and cross-functional alignment.
• Strong coaching and development of teams across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing sales ops and business planning teams.
• Drive cross-functional planning and revenue ops initiatives.
• Develop and implement scalable sales strategies and metrics.
• Oversee annual and semi-annual sales readiness and alignment.
• Define and track GTM KPIs and translate insights for leadership.
