Job summary

Fello is seeking a senior individual contributor to own GTM enablement across Sales and Customer Success. You will manage onboarding, ramp, and certification programs, and drive rollout of AI-powered tools and plays. You will partner with the GTM AI team to automate delivery and measure impact across the revenue engine.

You will build guides, playbooks, glossaries, and training materials, creating an AI-based system to support near-monthly product releases and improve rep performance.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of GTM enablement at a SaaS company; hands-on program ownership.
• Experience enabling Sales and Customer Success organizations.
• Proven ability to deploy AI tools in a GTM context; examples will be discussed in interviews.

Responsibilities

• Own enablement calendar, onboarding, ramp, and certification across Sales and CS.
• Lead rollout management for new tools, plays, and AI agent launches.
• Partner with GTM AI team to shift content production toward AI assets and automate delivery.
• Build enablement metrics: ramp time, completion rates, play adoption, and ROI.
• Create guides, playbooks, glossaries, FAQs, slides, trainings, and AI-driven materials.
