Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Senior Manager, Enablement GTM Programs to lead the Go-To-Market Programs team, shaping strategy and execution for onboarding, product launches, and sales plays across the GTM org.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations; manage a team of enablement program managers; drive metrics and leverage AI to amplify enablement efforts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in revenue enablement, sales training, or GTM strategy.
• Proven leadership with experience building scalable enablement programs.
• Strong collaboration across Sales, Marketing, CS, Product and Operations.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and improve program impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GTM Programs team, designing and delivering scalable enablement programs across the full go-to-market organization.
• Partner with Sales, Post-sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing and Partnerships to identify enablement needs and measure impact.
• Own strategy, design, and execution of onboarding, continuous learning, product launches, and sales plays.
• Maintain an enablement calendar and coordinate stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Define and track KPIs for enablement programs and iterate based on data.
• Develop relationships with external vendors and learning technology providers to enhance quality and reach.
• Represent the GTM Programs team to senior leadership with progress and impact.
