Job summary

OneTrust is seeking an executive Head of Global Enablement to lead, scale, and elevate our global GTM enablement strategy and delivery.

Reporting to the SVP of GTM Operations, you will lead the team responsible for onboarding, continuous upskilling, and performance optimization across our global GTM organization (AE, XDR, SE, etc) You will act as a core strategic partner to GTM executive leadership, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Product Management to translate complex multi-product

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading global enablement or enterprise sales leadership in high-growth SaaS.
• Deep understanding of multi-stakeholder enterprise SaaS buying motions.
• Expertise with MEDDPICC, Value Selling, and discovery frameworks.
• Hands-on scale of blended learning (live, async, certification, coaching) across distributed teams.
• Executive presence to influence C-suite and product leaders.
• ROI-focused, tying enablement to ARR growth and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year global enablement roadmap to drive field productivity.
• Own MEDDPICC execution, coaching, and reinforcement across sales teams.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Legal, and Revenue Ops to create playbooks and tools.
• Deliver coaching programs for frontline managers and directors to improve forecast and pipeline.
• Scale onboarding tracks and development for AEs and XDRs.
• Optimize the revenue enablement tech stack and measure KPI impact.
• Establish KPIs linking enablement programs to ARR and cycle length.
