Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Senior Product Enablement Manager to own the full lifecycle of product enablement for presales and post-sales GTM. You will design and deliver scalable enablement programs, partnering with PMM, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to translate product strategy into field-ready training.

You will lead content creation, documentation, and measurement, using data to improve time-to-product proficiency and adoption. A senior IC role with equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in product enablement or GTM enablement.
• Ability to create engaging, results-oriented training programs.
• Translate product features into field-ready training.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Product Enablement Strategy aligned with launches and goals.
• Create and manage training content across formats.
• Oversee product documentation for accuracy and clarity.
• Analyze training effectiveness and iterate.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for sales, support, and customer success.
• Collaborate with PMMs, Marketing, and Sales on GTM.
• Define and track success metrics and present data-driven insights.
• Stay current on product changes and industry trends.
• Experiment with AI to enhance knowledge testing.
