3E in Virginia-based team seeks a GTM Enablement and Operations Manager who connects Product and Commercial teams to bring new capabilities to market. You will own go-to-market processes, playbooks, and training, coordinate launches in cross-functional groups, and measure adoption and impact.

You'll help define how AI-enabled solutions are positioned and sold to enterprise customers. This role offers growth in a fast-moving environment with startup agility and enterprise stability, plus

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, strategy, or marketing with accountability for GTM strategy and orchestration.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, information services, or regulatory/sustainability tech valued.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• AI and commercial tech proficiency with tools like Jira, SFDC, Pendo, Gong.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product launches with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate GTM strategy, messaging, enablement, and execution planning.
• Mine market insights to refine product positioning and GTM strategies.
• Develop compelling product positioning and differentiated messaging for key buyers.
• Equip Sales and Customer teams with training, resources, and enablement materials.
