Job summary

Optimizely is seeking a senior leader to build and run the GTM Enablement function, spanning Sales, SDR, and Customer Success. You will own the enablement stack, guide onboarding and ramp programs, and partner with product and marketing to translate capabilities into commercial value.

You will lead a team, drive AI-powered knowledge delivery, and standardize metrics to impact pipeline, bookings, and retention across multiple GTM motions including direct enterprise and mid-market.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years in GTM, revenue, or sales enablement in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record leading and scaling a multi-function enablement team.
• Experience enabling multiple GTM motions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the GTM Enablement function spanning Sales, SDR, and Customer Success.
• Own the full enablement technology stack including LMS and CRM.
• Design onboarding and ramp programs for all GTM roles.
