Job summary

Stord seeks a Director of GTM Enablement to build and run ramp-ready training for its GTM team, including new-hire bootcamps and ongoing programs. You will own certifications, playbooks, battlecards, and a content library to support verticalized sales motions and renewals.

You’ll partner with Sales, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, and Product Marketing, reporting to the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations. This role requires leadership in fast-paced, multi-team environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in Sales Enablement, with experience building or scaling programs at a B2B company.
• Hands-on fluency with enablement platforms for content management, coaching, and readiness tracking.
• Experience using AI tools to build training content and personalize onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Design and run a GTM new-hire bootcamp and ongoing training for GTM members.
• Develop certifications, playbooks, and content library to support verticalized selling.
• Track ramp time, certification completion, and measure enablement ROI.
