Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for the SMC GTM Architect team in New York City. You will design, prototype, and scale systems powering growth across Snap’s advertiser business, translating core product capabilities into repeatable GTM workflows and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics or CS.
• 12+ years designing and deploying automation systems.
• 2+ years of people management or technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long-term vision for acquisition, activation, retention, and growth across Snap’s advertisers.
• Architect the orchestration layer connecting CRM, BigQuery, Ads APIs, and other data platforms.
• Develop a multichannel communications engine coordinating outreach across in-product, email, and partner surfaces.
• Recruit, coach, and scale a team of builders and present roadmap and ROI to executives.
