Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for the SMC GTM Architect team in the U.S. to design, prototype, and scale systems powering growth across Snap’s advertiser business. You will translate central product capabilities into repeatable GTM workflows and measurable outcomes.

You’ll lead a technically fluent team, partner across Sales, BI, Finance, Product, and Engineering, and drive ROI through automated decisioning and personalized workflows.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the digital advertising lifecycle, from campaign setup to monetization.
• Strong technical foundation in Python and SQL, with experience integrating with CRM platforms and data warehouses.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable revenue and cost improvements.
• Design scalable systems for experimentation, personalization, and automated decisioning.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long-term acquisition, activation, retention, and growth strategy for Snap’s advertisers.
• Architect an orchestration layer connecting CRM, BigQuery, Ads APIs, and data platforms.
• Leverage experimentation infrastructure to run, measure, and learn from tests at scale.
• Build a personalization backbone delivering relevant recommendations and workflows to advertisers at the right moment.
• Develop a multichannel communications engine coordinating timely outreach across in-product, email, and partner surfaces.
