Job summary

Cloudflare seeks a Senior GTM Analytics Manager to shape how data supports Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services. You’ll drive a multi-year strategy, ensure trusted metrics, and partner with the central Data team to scale analytics in an AI-first world.

You’ll consolidate dashboards, define official metrics, and influence data models across Salesforce, finance, and telemetry while guiding executives through complex analytics decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics, BI, analytics engineering, or GTM/Services ops at a high-growth B2B SaaS/tech company.
• Direct experience supporting Pre-/Post-Sales Operations, Solutions/Sales Engineering, FDE, Professional Services, or Customer Success.
• Deep data modeling expertise including dimensional modeling, entity design, and metric layer design.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on with BigQuery, dbt, or semantic/multi‑layer tools.
• Working knowledge of GTM and services data: Salesforce and related tools.
• Clear view on how AI changes analytics, including semantic layers and LLM integration.
• Track record defining and rolling out source-of-truth metrics across stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional programs and influence executives and engineers."
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, translating questions into precise technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi-year strategy for data across Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Solutions Eng, FDE, and Professional Services.
• Lead how information scales in an AI-first environment with semantic layers and context for AI assistants.
• Consolidate dashboards and tools toward a single source of truth; retire duplicates.
• Define, document, and uphold official metrics for supported teams.
• Align metric definitions with Finance and Data, resolving conflicts with clear logic.
• Partner with central Data team for stakeholder needs and data governance.
• Influence data model designs across Salesforce, services tools, telemetry, and finance.
• Design self-serve data access, natural-language querying, and curated metric catalogs.
• Set up governance for new metrics/data requests with prioritization and ownership.
• Build trusted relationships with Sales, Solutions Eng, FDE, Professional Services, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and Data.
• Explain complex analytics to executives to support decisions.
