Cloudflare is seeking a Senior GTM Analytics Manager to scale analytics across Pre-/Post-Sales, Solutions Eng., and Professional Services. You’ll own the data strategy, governance, and semantic layers to enable trusted, AI-assisted insights for executives and frontline teams.

This senior IC role emphasizes building foundations for self-serve analytics, consolidating tools, and defining metrics that align with Finance and Data, with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics at a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech company.
• Direct experience supporting Pre- or Post-Sales Operations or related teams.
• Deep data modeling and metric layer design expertise.
• Expert SQL and modern data stack tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year strategy for GTM data across Pre-/Post-Sales teams.
• Scale information with semantic layers and governed metrics for AI use.
• Consolidate dashboards and move toward a single source of truth.
• Define, document, and govern official team metrics.
• Align metric definitions with Finance and Data, resolving conflicts.
• Partner with Data to support stakeholders and drive governance.
