Job summary

Cloudflare is hiring a Senior GTM Analytics Manager to shape how data is used across Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Solutions Engineering, FDE, and Professional Services. You will build self-serve analytics foundations, governance, and a trusted metric catalog to support AI-driven insights.

The role partners with Sales, Services, Finance and Data to align metrics with business goals and ensure scalable data models, while steering cross-functional programs without direct reports.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or GTM/Services operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Direct experience supporting Pre- or Post-Sales Operations, Solutions/Sales Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Professional Services, or Customer Success.
• Deep data modeling expertise including dimensional modeling, entity design, and metric layer design.
• Expert SQL skills and hands-on experience with BigQuery, dbt, or a semantic/metrics layer.
• Strong working knowledge of GTM and services systems data, such as Salesforce and telemetry data.
• Knowledge of AI changes in analytics, semantic layers and retrieval design for LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi-year strategy for how data is trusted and used across Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Solutions Engineering, FDE, and Professional Services.
• Review dashboards and tools; consolidate to a single source of truth.
• Define, document, and carry out official metrics for the teams you support.
• Keep metric definitions aligned with Finance and Data; resolve conflicts with clear logic.
• Act as main business and technical partner to the central Data team.
• Influence data model design across Salesforce, tools, product usage, telemetry, and finance.
• Design self-serve access and AI-assisted querying; curate a metric catalog.
• Set up governance for new metric requests and change management.
• Build relationships with leaders in Sales, Solutions Engineering, FDE, Professional Services, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and Data.
• Explain complex technical ideas clearly to executives for decision making.
