Job summary

Luxury Presence is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for GTM Analytics to empower Sales, Marketing, and Client Success with decision-ready insights. You’ll build and maintain dbt models and GTM data marts using Salesforce and a modern cloud data stack, contributing to Lighthouse and AI-forward workflows.

You’ll partner with senior leaders, deliver analysis in two-week sprints, and own data quality, definitions, and documentation to ensure trustworthy answers across the GTM org.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics/BI supporting GTM functions at a fast-growing company.
• Expert SQL and hands-on dbt modeling GTM data.
• Python for analysis and automation.
• Experience with Salesforce as a data source.
• Familiar with a modern data stack (Snowflake/BigQuery).
• BI tool experience (Sigma, Hex, Tableau, Looker).

Responsibilities

• Deliver decision-ready analysis across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success: pipeline health, funnel conversion, campaign performance, retention, and GRR/NRR drivers.
• Partner with GTM stakeholders to scope questions, frame recommendations, and drive decisions.
• Own data quality, definitions, source-of-truth tables, and QA for your domain.
• Contribute to Lighthouse and push analytics workflows toward agentic AI.
