Job summary

Luxury Presence is seeking a remote Senior FP&A/GTM Analytics role to own planning across revenue, staffing and resources. You will build datasets in the data warehouse with SQL and automate reporting to accelerate decisions.

You will model CAC, LTV, payback, and capacity, partnering across Sales, Marketing, CS and Analytics to drive revenue growth. This is a fully remote US-based opportunity with competitive equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data/analytics and finance/FP&A in a high-growth SaaS/tech company.
• Hands-on with go-to-market metrics: pipeline, bookings, ARR, CAC, LTV, payback, sales efficiency.
• Expert in SQL; comfortable working in a data warehouse to build and validate datasets.
• Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales, Marketing and CS annual and long-term GTM planning across revenue, staffing and resourcing.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS and Analytics to align GTM spend with the financial plan and model ongoing investments.
• Build and maintain CAC, LTV, payback, and capacity models; advise where to allocate GTM spend.
• Query the data warehouse to build datasets, validate numbers, and answer questions mixing financial and operational data.
• Automate recurring GTM reporting to speed the path from data to decision.
