Luxury Presence is building an AI-driven growth platform for real estate. We seek a senior GTM Analytics specialist to own pipeline, funnel, and campaign insights, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders.

You’ll shape Lighthouse, our BI-as-code platform, and push toward agentic AI while ensuring data quality and scalable models. You’ll work in two-week sprints with Analytics Engineering, shipping analyses end-to-end and driving decisions that move the business forward in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics/BI supporting Sales, Marketing, or CS in a fast-growing company.
• Expert SQL and hands-on dbt experience modeling GTM data.
• Comfortable with Python for analysis and automation.
• Experience with Salesforce as a data source and CRM objects.
• Familiarity with a modern data stack and cloud warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver decision-ready analysis across Sales, Marketing, and CS: pipeline health, funnel, campaigns and retention.
• Partner with stakeholders to scope questions, frame recommendations, and drive decisions.
• Translate ambiguous asks into clear analytical approaches.
• Build and maintain dbt models and marts for Sales, Marketing, CS using Salesforce data.
• Own data quality and documentation with clear source-of-truth.
• Contribute to Lighthouse as we define BI-as-code, dashboards and semantic models.
• Advance agentic analytics with AI to speed up analysis and automate recurring reporting.
• Balance AI tooling with rigorous SQL when needed and justify approach.
• Work in two-week sprints with proactive stakeholder updates.
