Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior GTM Demand Programs and Analytics Manager in the United States. The role blends sales, marketing, and revenue operations to drive scalable growth through demand programs, sales playbooks, and incentive initiatives.

You will leverage Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, and AI-driven automation to transform data into actionable insights for leadership. You will own programs end-to-end from strategy to execution, collaborating with cross-functional and global partners to

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Sales Ops, Rev Ops, GTM analytics or demand gen in B2B SaaS.
• Advanced Salesforce reporting, CRM data models and account logic.
• Strong SQL for complex queries and data analysis.
• Experience publishing Tableau dashboards for execs.
• Knowledge of AI tools for automation and productivity gains.
• Experience managing sales incentive programs and ROI evaluation.
• Strong analytical judgment and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage go-to-market demand programs across channels.
• Create and manage sales playbooks, reports, and messaging.
• Own incentive programs from planning to payout and ROI evaluation.
• Build datasets, segmentation, SQL queries and Tableau dashboards.
• Apply AI tools to automate data hygiene, list building and reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, IT, and leadership.
• Continuously improve programs based on pipeline impact and adoption.
• Share knowledge across regions and raise team capabilities.
