Job summary

BOLD is hiring a Senior Product Manager II to grow traffic across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will collaborate with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to drive user growth and scale acquisition loops.

You’ll set up experiments, guide real-time bidding, integrations, and attribution while partnering with cross-functional leaders to align strategy. You will own end-to-end growth initiatives, mentor mid-level PMs, and leverage web analytics to inform decisions on where to invest

Qualifications

• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Experience earning trust across teams, resolving conflicts between them, and coaching mid-level PMs.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, marketing, or a quantitative field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow traffic across BOLD's brands and scale user acquisition.
• Lead cross‑functional growth projects and experiments.
• Own real-time bidding, API integrations, attribution, and quality controls.
