Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to grow traffic across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will collaborate with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to scale user acquisition and convert high-intent visitors into active users.

You will lead cross-functional growth initiatives, own channels like Joblist, manage bidding and attribution, and guide junior PMs. Strong analytics and experimentation are essential for scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, CS, marketing, or quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Bi-annual bonus.

Responsibilities

• Grow traffic across BOLD’s brands by coordinating with Marketing, SEO, and Engineering.
• Lead growth projects across multiple teams and run experiments at scale.
• Own Joblist and manage Google bidding, ROAS targets, and platform integrations.
• Use data and research to decide what to test next.
