BOLD is hiring a Senior Product Manager II to drive traffic growth across its multi-brand ecosystem, collaborating with Marketing, SEO, Paid Acquisition, and Engineering. You will lead cross-team growth initiatives, design experiments, and optimize high-intent user acquisition.

You will shape where growth originates, align executives with data-driven strategy, and oversee scalable traffic systems including bidding engines and analytics tools in a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams and resolving conflicts between them.
• Coaching mid-level PMs and guiding growth initiatives.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.

Responsabilités

• Lead growth projects across multiple teams and set up experiments and measurement.
• Manage real-time bidding, API integrations, attribution, and fraud controls.
• Own Joblist and other traffic acquisition channels to scale ROAS across brand ecosystem.
• Run experiments at scale across customer-facing surfaces and use data to prioritize tests.
