Job summary

BOLD is hiring a Senior Product Manager II to grow traffic across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will partner with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to build and scale user acquisition on our sites.

Lead growth projects, run experiments, and align roadmaps with business goals for high-intent visitors. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to define the growth roadmap, own acquisition channels, and coach PMs while tracking key metrics like traffic, conversion, CAC:LTV, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with a track record of growing traffic, revenue, and user acquisition at senior/principal level.
• Experience working directly with marketing executives and sharing ownership of acquisition goals and budgets.
• Deep knowledge of martech integrations, SEO, paid media attribution, programmatic landing pages, and personalized user journeys.
• Strong skills in web analytics, user behavior modeling, and experiment design, and the judgment to use them when deciding where to invest.
• Experience earning trust across teams, resolving conflicts, and coaching mid-level PMs.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, marketing, or a quantitative field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Use traffic data and customer insight to justify growth sources and align executives and marketing leaders.
• Manage real-time CPC bidding engine, API integrations, attribution, and quality controls.
• Own Joblist as a traffic source with ROAS targets for marketplace growth.
• Collaborate with Engineering on long-term growth tech roadmap and scalable acquisition platforms.
• Coach other PMs and partners on fixing growth and onboarding bottlenecks.
• Run experiments at scale across customer-facing surfaces and decide what to test next.
• Define and track growth KPIs like traffic, conversion, CAC:LTV, and retention.
