Job summary

BOLD is hiring a Senior Product Manager II to grow traffic across its brands. You will collaborate with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to drive user acquisition and scale growth initiatives across multiple teams.

You will set up experimentation, partner with marketing leadership to turn business goals into roadmaps, and guide primary product decisions with data and research.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with a track record of growing traffic, revenue, and user acquisition
• Experience working directly with marketing executives and sharing ownership of acquisition goals and budgets
• Deep knowledge of martech integrations, SEO, paid media attribution, programmatic landing pages, and personalized user journeys
• Strong skills in web analytics, user behavior modeling, and experiment design
• Experience earning trust across teams and coaching mid-level PMs
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, marketing, or a quantitative field, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Use traffic data and customer insight to identify growth sources and align executives and marketing leaders
• Run job distribution day-to-day: CPC bidding engine, API integrations, attribution, and bot/fraud controls
• Own Joblist as a traffic source for the marketplace and optimize ROAS targets
• Collaborate with Engineering on long-term growth tech roadmap and scaling investments
• Coach other PMs and partners to fix growth and onboarding bottlenecks
• Run experiments at scale across customer-facing surfaces and decide what to test next
• Define and track growth KPIs like traffic, conversion, CAC:LTV, and retention
