Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to grow traffic across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will collaborate with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to scale user acquisition and drive growth across sites.

You will lead growth projects, design experiments, and partner with cross-functional teams to turn high-intent visitors into active users. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams, resolving conflicts, and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Degree in business, CS, marketing, or quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Bi-annual bonus is offered.

Responsibilities

• Grow traffic across BOLD’s brands and optimize user acquisition.
• Lead growth experiments and set up how we run experiments; align executives on strategy.
• Own acquisition channels, including CPC bidding, API integrations, fraud controls, and ROAS targets.
• Run scalable experiments across customer-facing surfaces to inform investment decisions.
