Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to drive traffic growth across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will collaborate with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to scale user acquisition, lead growth projects, and run real-time optimization like CPC bidding, API integrations, and attribution.

You’ll empower cross-functional teams with data-driven experiments to convert high-intent visitors into active users.

Qualifications

• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Experience earning trust across teams and coaching PMs.
• A bachelor’s or master’s in business, CS, marketing or quantitative field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Joblist and CPC bidding engine responsibilities across platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional growth and traffic leaders, engineers and data scientists.
• Run experiments at scale across surfaces and decide what to test next.
• Use traffic data and insights to drive user growth across multi-brand ecosystem.
