Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to drive traffic growth across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Paid Acquisition, and Engineering to design scalable user acquisition strategies and run experiments at scale.

You will lead cross-functional teams to turn high-intent visitors into active users, leveraging web analytics and behavior modeling to guide investment decisions and optimize ROAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, computer science, marketing, or a quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Bi-annual bonus provided as part of compensation.

Responsibilities

• Grow traffic across BOLD’s brands and optimize user acquisition.
• Lead experiments and use data to decide what to test next.
• Coordinate with Growth, Marketing, SEO, and Engineering to scale acquisition loops.
• Own Joblist and real-time CPC bidding strategies, integrations, and attribution.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with executives and marketing leaders.
