Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to drive traffic growth across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will collaborate with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to scale user acquisition, run large-scale experiments, and coach mid-level PMs.

The role focuses on building scalable acquisition loops and aligning executives on growth priorities. You will manage real-time bidding engines, API integrations, and attribution while ensuring quality controls.

Qualifications

• Experience leading growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience earning trust across teams and coaching mid-level PMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth initiatives across multiple teams and brands.
• Define and run scalable experiments and attribution models.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Paid Acquisition, and Engineering to grow users.
• Own traffic channels and optimization loops to improve ROAS and acquisition quality.
