Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to grow traffic across its multi-brand ecosystem. You’ll partner with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to scale user acquisition and improve ROAS. You’ll run experiments, guide cross-functional teams, and define what to test next with data-driven judgment.

You\'ll own acquisition loops, manage real-time bidding, API integrations, and fraud controls, and push for scalable growth across brands and regions. This role is fully remote.

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Degree in business, CS, marketing, or quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Bi-annual bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth projects across multiple teams and run experiments at scale.
• Define and optimize acquisition loops across brands and regions.
• Partner with Marketing, SEO, Paid Acquisition, and Engineering to improve ROAS and user growth.
• Own the real-time bidding, API integrations, and fraud controls within the acquisition stack.
