Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to grow traffic across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will work with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to scale how we acquire users across our sites and marketplaces.

You will run large-scale experiments, guide data-driven decisions, and partner with cross-functional growth leaders to optimize acquisition loops. The role emphasizes leadership, analytics, and scalable impact.

Qualifications

• Trust-built across teams and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Bachelor's or Master's in business, CS, marketing or quantitative field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.

Responsibilities

• Grow traffic across BOLD’s brands and orchestrate cross-team growth projects.
• Lead experiments and determine investment from data and research.
• Partner with Marketing, SEO, Paid Acquisition, Engineering and data science teams.
• Own Joblist and other acquisition channels and set ROAS targets.
• Identify limits of acquisition platforms and steer investment to scale them.
• Run experiments at scale across all customer-facing surfaces.
