Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to lead the growth strategy and end-to-end proposal development. The role partners with Sales and cross-functional teams to optimize win rates, improve pricing strategies, and strengthen Lumicera’s value proposition.

Responsibilities include evaluating RFP opportunities, managing timelines, and driving continuous improvement across processes and content libraries while leading a high-performing proposal team in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Advanced degree or PharmD preferred.
• 5+ years of experience and expertise in business acumen, proposal development, outbound prospecting strategies, competitive positioning, and win/loss analysis required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams and deliver tangible results in a professional services environment required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Participate in evaluation and prioritization of RFP opportunities; partner with Sales to shape pursuit strategies.
• Lead end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, retention) ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Manage proposal timelines, workflows, and deliverables coordinating across stakeholders and experts.
• Monitor and analyze proposal performance metrics to identify trends and improve outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, templates, and content libraries.
