Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to join our team in the United States. This role will lead strategic growth and end-to-end proposal management across RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, and retention efforts, aligning with Lumicera’s growth strategy.

You will partner with Sales and cross-functional leaders to optimize win rates, analyze opportunities, and advance pricing strategies while building a high-performing team in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Advanced degree or PharmD preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business acumen, proposal development, outbound prospecting strategies, competitive positioning, and win/loss analysis.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with proven ability to develop high-performing teams and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize RFP opportunities; shape pursuit strategies with sales and leaders.
• Lead end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, retention) with high-quality, client-focused deliverables.
• Manage proposal timelines and cross-functional coordination for timely submissions.
• Monitor proposal performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Improve proposal processes, templates, and content libraries with quality controls.
• Strengthen manufacturer relationships and pricing strategies to expand client value.
• Lead and develop a high-performing proposal team through mentoring and career planning.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, retention and knowledge sharing to build capability.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.
