Autodesk is seeking a Senior Program Manager to stand up and run the Flow Studio and Flow Capture Growth Teams, shaping the operating model and ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics.

You will translate growth strategy into executable plans, define KPIs, and drive cadence, governance, and executive communications as the Director's right hand.

This role is based in the United States (Michigan, Novi) and may require up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO roles.
• Experience building new programs, teams, or operating models from the ground up.
• Proven experience leading go-to-market or revenue growth programs that span Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics, including defining the plan, not just executing it.
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Stand up the Flow Studio and Flow Capture Growth Teams with defined roles and decision rights.
• Own the program management: planning cycles, cadence, business reviews, quarterly priorities, and retrospectives.
• Translate the growth strategy into executable plans with clear goals, milestones, owners, and measures.
• Partner with Analytics to define and maintain KPIs (pipeline, ACV/ARR, conversion, adoption, expansion, retention).
• Coordinate go-to-market workstreams across functions (segment/market prioritization, campaigns, pricing, partner motions, sales enablement).
• Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers; drive resolution and escalate to the Director as needed.
• Prepare the Director for leadership reviews and develop executive communications.
• Proactively improve efficiency, accountability, and scaling of the operating model.
• Build alliances and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across teams.
