Autodesk, Inc. in San Francisco seeks a Senior Program Manager to stand up Flow Studio and Flow Capture growth teams, turning strategy into executable plans with clear milestones.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics, manage cross-functional programs, define KPIs, and drive accountability as the business scales.

This role requires stakeholder management, executive communication, and a bias for action in a fast-moving tech environment.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO roles, managing complex cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders.
• Experience building new programs, teams, or operating models from the ground up.
• Proven experience leading go-to-market or revenue growth programs that span Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics, including defining the plan, not just executing it.

Mansioni

• Stand up Flow Studio and Flow Capture Growth Teams with charter definitions, roles, responsibilities and decision rights.
• Own the program management for both teams: planning cycles, cadence, business reviews, quarterly priorities, retrospectives.
• Translate growth strategy into executable plans with goals, milestones, owners, and measures; track progress.
• Partner with Analytics to define and maintain KPIs for scale (pipeline, ACV/ARR, conversion, adoption, expansion, retention).
• Coordinate GTM workstreams across segments, campaigns, pricing inputs, partner/channel motions, and sales enablement.
• Identify dependencies, risks, blockers; drive resolution and escalate to the Director as needed.
• Prepare the Director for leadership reviews and craft executive communications for audiences from team sessions to senior leadership.
• Spot opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, and scalability; codify effective practices.
• Build alliances and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and trust across teams.
