Autodesk Flow is seeking a Senior Program Manager to stand up two cross‑functional Growth Teams for Flow Studio and Flow Capture, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics to scale these businesses. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management with senior stakeholders.
• Experience building new programs and operating models from the ground up.
• Proven track record in revenue growth programs across Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Stand up Flow Studio and Flow Capture Growth Teams with clear charters and decision rights.
• Own program management: planning cycles, cadence, reviews, quarterly priorities, retrospectives.
• Translate growth strategy into executable plans with milestones and owners.
• Define and maintain KPIs (pipeline, ACV/ARR, conversion, adoption, expansion, retention).
• Coordinate go-to-market workstreams across segments, campaigns, pricing, partner motions, enablement.
• Identify dependencies and risks; drive resolution; escalate to Director.
• Prepare leadership updates and executive communications.
• Improve efficiency, accountability, and scalability.
• Build alliances and foster collaboration and trust.
