Autodesk is seeking a Senior Program Manager to help build and run two Growth Teams for Flow Studio and Flow Capture. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics to define operating rhythms, establish KPIs, and drive cross-functional alignment.

You will translate growth strategies into executable plans, manage cycles and reviews, and ensure timely, data-driven decisions while maintaining executive-level communications and stakeholder alignment.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management with senior stakeholders
• Experience building new programs, teams, or operating models from the ground up
• Experience leading go-to-market or revenue growth programs spanning Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics
• Experience partnering with a senior leader as trusted advisor or chief of staff
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics to drive decisions
• Ability to influence in a matrixed environment
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
• Able to travel up to 20%

Mansioni

• Stand up Flow Studio and Flow Capture Growth Teams with defined charters, roles, and decision rights
• Own program management for both teams: planning cycles, cadence, business reviews, quarterly priorities
• Translate growth strategy into executable plans with clear goals, milestones, owners, and measures
• Define and maintain KPIs (pipeline, ACV/ARR, conversion, adoption, expansion, retention)
• Coordinate go-to-market workstreams across segments, campaigns, pricing, partners, and sales enablement
• Identify dependencies and blockers; drive issues to resolution with Director’s guidance
• Prepare leadership updates and executive communications for varied audiences
• Improve efficiency, accountability, and scale through codified best practices
• Foster collaboration and accountability across all touched teams
