Autodesk is seeking a Senior Program Manager to stand up and run two Growth Teams for Flow Studio and Flow Capture. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics to implement a scalable operating model, own planning cadences, and executive-ready updates.

You will define metrics, align stakeholders, and drive efficiency. The role demands strong data-driven leadership and the ability to navigate a high-growth environment.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in program management or PMO roles.
• Experience building new programs, teams, or operating models from the ground up.
• Proven experience leading go-to-market or revenue growth programs spanning Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics.
• Experience partnering with a senior leader as a trusted advisor or chiefs of staff.
• Strong ownership mindset, bias for action, and ability to work across a matrixed environment.
• Executive communication, both written and verbal, with stakeholders at all levels.

• Stand up Flow Studio and Flow Capture Growth Teams with defined charters and decision rights.
• Own program management: planning cycles, cadence, reviews, quarterly priorities, retrospectives.
• Translate growth strategy into executable plans with clear goals, owners, and measures.
• Define and maintain KPIs with Analytics for pipeline, ACV/ARR, adoption and retention.
• Coordinate GTM workstreams: segment priorities, campaigns, pricing inputs, partner motions.
• Identify risks and blockers, drive resolution, and prepare leadership communications.
