Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Flow Growth, to stand up and run two Growth Teams (Flow Studio and Flow Capture).

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics to align priorities, capably track progress, and drive execution from strategy to measurable outcomes. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, PMO, or related roles.
• Experience building new programs, teams, or operating models from scratch.
• Proven go-to-market or revenue-growth program experience across Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Analytics.
• Experience partnering with a senior leader as trusted advisor or chief of staff.
• Strong ownership mindset, bias for action, and ability to navigate matrixed orgs.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Stand up Flow Studio and Flow Capture Growth Teams with clear charters and decision rights.
• Own planning cycles, cadence, business reviews, and quarterly priorities for both teams.
• Translate growth strategy into executable plans with milestones and owners.
• Define KPIs with Analytics and maintain a single source of truth for scale metrics.
• Coordinate GTM workstreams across segments, campaigns, pricing, and channels.
• Identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Prepare executive-ready updates and concise leadership briefings.
• Improve efficiency and accountability, codifying successful practices for scale.
• Build strong cross-team alliances and a culture of collaboration and trust.
