Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Flow Growth, to architect and scale two cross-functional growth teams for Flow Studio and Flow Capture in the U.S. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics to define strategy, operating rhythm, and critical milestones.

You will own planning cycles, governance, and executive-ready communications while maintaining a clear line of sight to goals and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO roles.
• Experience building new programs, teams, or operating models from the ground up.
• Proven experience leading go-to-market or revenue growth programs spanning Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics.
• Experience partnering with a senior leader as a trusted advisor, chief of staff, or program lead.
• Self-starter with ownership, bias for action, and hands-on approach.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with metrics to drive decisions.
• Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated executive presence and exceptional communication skills.
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Stand up the Flow Studio and Flow Capture Growth Teams and define charters, roles, and decision rights.
• Own the program management for both teams: planning cycles, cadence, reviews, and priorities.
• Translate growth strategy into executable plans with goals, milestones, owners, and measures.
• Partner with Analytics to define KPIs for scale (pipeline, ACV/ARR, conversion, retention).
• Coordinate GTM workstreams across segments, campaigns, pricing, and channel motions.
• Identify dependencies and risks; drive issues to resolution with timely updates to leadership.
• Prepare leadership updates and executive communications with appropriate detail.
• Codify processes to improve efficiency and scalability across growing businesses.
• Build alliances and foster a culture of collaboration and trust.
