Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, PMO, or similar roles with senior stakeholders
• Experience building new programs, teams, or operating models from the ground up
• Proven go-to-market or revenue-growth program leadership across Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics
• Experience partnering with a senior leader as trusted advisor or chief of staff
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Stand up Flow Studio and Flow Capture Growth Teams with defined charters and decision rights
• Own planning cycles, cadence, business reviews, quarterly priorities, and retrospectives
• Translate growth strategy into executable plans with clear goals and milestones
• Define and maintain KPIs (pipeline, ACV/ARR, conversion, adoption, retention)
• Coordinate go-to-market workstreams across segments, campaigns, pricing, and channels
• Identify dependencies and risks, drive resolution, and escalate to leadership
• Prepare executives with clear updates for leadership reviews and stakeholder updates
• Improve efficiency, accountability, and scale through codified best practices
• Build alliances and foster a culture of collaboration and trust
