Job summary

BOLD is hiring a Senior Product Manager II to drive traffic across our multi-brand ecosystem. You’ll work with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to grow user acquisition across our sites and brands.

You’ll lead growth initiatives, set up experiments, and turn high-intent visitors into active users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable acquisition loops and improve ROAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, marketing, or a quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Bi-annual bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth projects across multiple teams and run experiments.
• Partner with cross-functional growth and traffic leaders, software engineers, data scientists, and marketing teams.
• Own Joblist and our Google bidding/ROAS targets as a traffic source for the marketplace.
• Identify where acquisition platforms hit limits and steer investments to scale.
• Run experiments at scale and use data to decide what to test next.
