BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to accelerate growth across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will partner with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to design and scale acquisition loops and improve ROAS, turning high-intent visitors into active users.

You will lead experiments at scale, mentor mid-level PMs, and own critical pipelines like Joblist and bidding engines, ensuring data-driven decisions and cross-functional alignment with executives and growth leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, CS, marketing, or quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.

Responsabilités

• Grow traffic across BOLD’s brands by partnering with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO and Engineering.
• Lead growth projects across multiple teams and run experiments at scale.
• Own acquisition channels like Joblist, ROAS targets, and bidding engines to scale traffic.
• Use data and research to prioritize what to test next and align with executives.
• Mentor and guide mid-level PMs and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
