Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to grow traffic across its brands and optimize user acquisition. You will work with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to scale how we acquire users across our sites.

You’ll lead growth projects across multiple teams, design experiments, and own acquisition platforms and ROAS targets to drive scalable results across the BOLD ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, CS, marketing, or quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Bi-annual bonus.

Responsibilities

• Grow traffic across BOLD’s brands and acquire users with cross-functional teams.
• Lead growth projects and set up experiments across teams; drive data-informed decisions.
• Own Joblist and CPC bidding engine, API integrations and attribution, plus bot detection and fraud controls.
• Run experiments at scale across customer-facing surfaces and decide what to test next.
