BOLD is hiring a Senior Product Manager II to accelerate traffic and growth across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will collaborate with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to design experiments and scale acquisition across sites.

You will own growth initiatives, manage real-time bidding engines, and align executives on high-impact strategies. This role emphasizes rigorous analytics and cross-team leadership to drive user growth at scale.

Formación

• Experience earning trust across teams and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, CS, marketing, or a quantitative field.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Bi-annual bonus offered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead growth projects across cross-functional teams and run experiments.
• Own acquisition channels including Joblist and Google bidding.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, and Engineering to scale user growth.
• Set targets and measure ROAS and conversion across brands.
• Use data and insights to prioritize growth experiments.
